Forex Broker Software Review - Forexyard

One thing about Forexyard that stands out is their excellent educational program and support. You can chat live online with analysts who will give you advice on trading strategy, and there is a comprehensive forex tutorial. If support levels are your criteria for broker selection then they don't come better than Forexyard. And they offer fixed spreads.

Commodities trading is also available on their platform (gold, silver, oil), but with a $2,000 minimum account deposit, this is probably not the best place for beginners to dip their toes into the commodity trading market.

Their standard software contains all the expected functions, and runs smoothly, although, and this is a bit picky, it just doesn't look good. Now if your sensible, that shouldn't bother you, although its quite feasible to assume that some newbies may go somewhere else just based on the 'busy-ness' of the interface. However, the way the interface has been put together is actually it's strength, as you can fully customise the screen to meet your individual trading needs. Bonus!

Back to support. The value of Forexyard's support package cannot be overstressed. A few brokers offer online chat, but it is a question of quality, as with some brokers' online help you can ask the simplest of questions and sit there waiting knowing full well that there is someone who has never traded flicking through a manual while you are tapping your fingers.

Forexyard analyst chat is accessed through their blog section, and is prompt and helpful. Now whether or not you follow advice is up to you. You may wonder if it is wise to take advice from an analyst - why aren't they making a living off trading? Why do they need to work for a broker? It doesn't necessarily work like that, many people know how to trade, but can't trade themselves because they lack the required discipline, or they are inherent risk takers - but it doesn't mean that they don't know what they are talking about.

You will also be provided with the opportunity to 'trade with the analysts'. A great service, and to be honest a great broker they may be, but they must be a pain to work for - they obviously get their pound of flesh from their employees!

Forexyard do very well, and this is not surprising given the high level of support on offer and their fixed spreads. This is definitely a platform for beginners and experienced traders alike. Check out their demo account.
